Enjoy a relaxing day of cycling through Hawke's Bay from the lovely quaint port of Ahuriri to the idyllic villages of Cape Coast. Taking in the beautifully unique city of Napier and its wonderful Art Deco facades, the tour then heads along the coastal path with spectacular views out to Cape Kidnappers. Feel the wind in your hair as you pedal along the bike paths, estuary tracks and wetland trails, observing native birds and gorgeous wildlife all around. End the day sampling the local produce at fantastic vineyards before being transferred back to Ahuriri to conclude a fulfilling and leisurely adventure in this charming region.
Depart from the port village of Ahuriri where you will cycle towards Napier CBD, a world-renowned Art Deco treasure. You can spend your time admiring the beautiful building facades before moving on through the rest of your easy-going cycling route.
You will soon arrive at the East Clive wetlands where you’ll encounter numerous black swans before taking a refreshment stop at the village of Clive. Continuing on you will at arrive Black Bridge by the mouth of the Tuki Tuki River.
Two quaint coastal communities await where you can indulge in wine tastings at some of Cape Coast’s finest wineries. After indulging in some good wine with fantastic views, you will be collected and transferred back to Ahuriri or your accommodation.
