Have just completed a fabulous trip cycling around the Central West Cycling trail from Gulgong back to Gulgong. The accommodation, food, back up support from Shawn providing morning tea and lunch, was easy and thoroughly enjoyable. With only 1 wet day and some detours, we cycled along peaceful back roads…

Excellent trip. Some challenges with the muddy forest roads after all the rain but no one fell off and we had a great group. Shawn was a wonderful support person and no problem was unsolvable. He told us we would gain weight despite the kilometres with the country pub meals…
