  • Where does the tour start and finish?

    The tour starts in Geneva with a transfer from the Geneva Cointrin International Airport (GVA) to your hotel either in Anthy or Yvoire.

    The tour ends after breakfast at Alpe d'Huez. Transfers to Grenoble or Geneva can be arranged upon request.

    The tour is 6 days long with 4 days of cycling.

    The tour has been classified as Level 5 and is very strenuous. Hours of intense biking is to be expected and is designed for competitive riders.

    Riders will be cycling through some of France's most famous passes with the following altitudes at the summit

    Col de la Colombiere - 1,613m
    Col des Aravis - 1,359m
    Col de Saisies - 1,514m
    Col de la Madeleine - 1,829m
    Col du Télégraphe - 1,433m
    Col du Galibier - 2,415m

    The tour price is based on two people sharing a room. If you'd like your own room or are traveling solo then a single supplement applies.

    A supported tour includes the following:

    • Chauffeur-driven support vehicle
    • Feed stations: water, energy drinks, snacks, fruits, etc.
    • Transfer from Alpe d'Huez to Geneva on Day 6

  • Can the tour run between June and September?

    If the group is 8 or more, a tour can be run on any other day between June and September.
