Have a wow! moment as you take in the views from the summit that's 1271m (4169ft) above sea level. Bask in the superb scenery of Hobart and its surrounds. Afterwards, go on a sweet roll down the summit road before joining the North-South Track. It's 11kms (6.8miles) of single track that is mostly descending and carves through the serenity of enchanting eucalypt forests. The track is suitable for mountain bike riders of intermediate ability. For the more advanced riders, there are some more challenging features located on side loops, including log rides, drops and jumps. The North-South Track is relatively straightforward to navigate with direction signs placed along the trail.

After completing the North-South, ride the City Cycleway from Glenorchy back to South Hobart.

The whole tour approximately takes 3 - 4 hours to complete and requires a minimum of 2 riders. If you are interested in a minibus pick up at the end of a trail or a guide during the tour, please let us know.
