Small B&Bs, inns and guesthouses all of which offer a friendly welcome after a day out on the trails are used on tour.

For your initial night in Newcastle the centrally based Gateshead/Newcastle Hilton on the quayside is used. Although much larger than the rest of the accommodation used during the Sandstone Way it is well placed for pick-ups and drop-offs and situated a short distance from Newcastle Central train station. For those travelling by car you will also be able to leave your car at the Hilton for the duration of the trip.

Trips are operated on a double/twin-share basis. Single occupancy rooms can be provided for a supplement and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
