  • Where does the tour start and end?

    The tour starts at Muizenberg Train Station and ends either in Hout Bay or Cape Town.

    You can get to Muizenberg Train Station from Cape Town, the journey takes just over one hour, or an optional transfer is available at an extra cost.

    If you are finishing the tour in Hout Bay, you can make your way back to Cape Town easily via direct bus which leaves every 20 mins daily and takes 30 mins. Or there is the option of continuing your cycle tour into Cape Town.

    Fly in/out of Cape Town International Airport (CPT).



  • How long is the tour? How many days cycling?

    The tour is 3 days long with all 3 days being cycling days. There is the option of adding an extra day onto the tour to extend your vacation and to reduce the amount of cycling on day 2. Contact us if you are interested in this option.

This tour was awesome! My husband and I did the Cape peninsula self tour in September. Everything was wonderful. The ride was beautiful! Sally was awesome and provided us with everything we needed. The lodging was great and the hospitality exceeded all of our expectations.

Sally, at the cottage was so kind and helpful, we wanted her to stay and hang out with us! Henobi, in Kommetjie was the same. The food was delicious at both spots! We were so impressed by everything, not to mention the scenery. This was probably our favorite part of our trip to South Africa.
