The personal attention to detail, the choice of hotels and restaurants, the bikes and the routes chosen have always been above average. I find it very hard to believe that one person (Spinner1123) could have such a different experience to all the others I have met or who have posted on Trip Advisor. I'll certainly use tour operator again when I tour in Europe.

We have used the tour operator twice and were very happy with their routes, the accommodation, their service, the bike they provided and the personal support. Our first Avignon to Nice tour had to be aborted due to a family emergency in Australia. The tour operator arranged transport to the train in Avignon and refunded our money for the unfinished portion of the trip. They even gave us a small discount for our successful attempt the following year. We would love to do more trips with them but finding time is the issue. We have done plenty of self-guided tours and the tour operator is up there with the best.
